Best Italian Restaurant in Spring

I lived in this area for 15 years, I've never been to Hasta La Pasta before. Decided to try it out tonight because we wanted chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I enjoyed the meal. The chicken Alfredo was great. The downside is, why don't they give you a salad with the meal? A lot of Italian restaurants do this, but for some ... reason, this one doesn't. The server should at least offered a salad, even if I have to pay for it. He didn't do that. He was very friendly though. He really didn't make any suggestions to the menu at all. We told him we were first time guest and he still didn't make any suggestions. The owner was the present in the restaurant. He stopped by every table. The guy was super friendly. He definitely cares about his business. We also enjoyed the dessert. I think it's called crème brûlée. That was great. The decor in the place is solid. I would definitely come back again. Great experience, food was good. I had the chicken picatta. My husband had chicken parm. Both delicious. He tried the chicken florentine soup and loved it as his side. I was surprised because he usually doesn't try things out of the ordinary to him but he really liked it

We had a 65th Birthday at Hasta La Pasta for 14 people. I booked a private room with Cassandra and she took care of my choices for menu. The room was perfect! We brought the table decor. We had our favorite waitress Brittany taking care of us.
